The AI Companion Voice Bot (“the Bot”) is designed to act as a supportive, conversational companion. The Bot is not a replacement for human relationships, professional mental health services, medical care, or emergency support.

2. Nature of the Relationship

• Interactions are artificial and automated, not human.
• The Bot simulates friendly conversation and emotional understanding.
• The Bot does not form real friendships, emotional dependencies, or personal obligations.

3. Emotional Support Disclaimer

• The Bot may offer empathetic and supportive responses, but it does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice.
• The Bot is designed to support without over-encouraging, validating harmful beliefs, or reinforcing emotional dependency.
• If you experience emotional distress, self-harm thoughts, or crisis situations, you should seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Bot, you agree:

• To use it for lawful, respectful, and non-harmful purposes.
• Not to rely solely on the Bot for emotional, psychological, or medical decisions.
• To understand that the Bot’s responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The Bot will not engage in, encourage, or support:

• Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviors

• The Bot is intentionally designed not to over-cheer, exaggerate positivity, or dismiss serious emotions.

7. Data & Privacy

• Conversations may be processed to improve functionality and safety.
• No interaction should be considered fully private or confidential.
• Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information.

8. Limitations of Liability

• The Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees of emotional outcomes or accuracy.
• The creators are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the Bot.
• Use of the Bot is at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Service Availability

• The Bot may be updated, modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Features and responses may change to improve safety and experience.

10. Termination of Use

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• These Terms are violated
